Reid Healthcare is the recognized distributor for the Smart Canula & the Smart Canula Mini (for children).

The device is currently being processed for RGA approval and is available  for use under the Special Access Scheme.

• For access to the Vascular system during Cardio Pulmonary Bypass and other extra corporeal circulation, the Smart Canula overcomes limitations of traditional cannulae, such as limited flow during placement
• The Smart Canula is collapsed over a mandrel prior to insertion and re-expanded in–situ. Resulting in unmatched blood flow, smaller access aperture and less trauma
• Superior blood drainage, because the Canula within the vena cava is not limited by the access vessel, thus no pump or vacuum is necessary to augment venous return

The Smart Canula and Venous Smart Canula mini are available in several different lengths from long:63cm, 53cm, medium: 43cm, short:34cm to very short:26cm
